EdNet Training - Rock Valley College
| Self Paced - Hands On Training |
EdNet Training sessions will show you how to post messages, assignments, and class notes; take practice tests by professors; post questions to the conference, get help from professors and classmates; and provide access to Open Discussion Conferences for interaction with faculty and other students. It is recommended that ALL students understand how to use the EdNet system.
Please try the Self Paced - Hands on EdNet Training. You will find the Self-Paced Training very helpful and you can practice each technique in the comfort of your own home. You can also view tutorial movies for the Self Paced - Hands on EdNet training, click here. After you have completed the Self Paced Training, if you still have questions, please call EdNet Support at (815) 921-4647 or email Support@ednet.rvc.cc.il.us.
Assistance is also available at RVC's computer labs. Ask the lab assistants for basic EdNet information.
Computers are used extensively in the workplace and classrooms. Many classes at RVC are "computer-enhanced" with EdNet, RVC's electronic learning environment. To insure your success at RVC, you'll need some computer skills.
You can stop by the RVC computer labs for basic EdNet training or make an appointment with the EdNet Support Staff for a one hour EdNet training session. EdNet is located on the second floor of the Educational Resource Center (ERC), Room 2418..
